Common questions
Do I install this on my own server?
No. Netbee is hosted for you. You enable API access on each MikroTik and allow the platform to reach your OLTs.
Can you import my current customers?
Yes. PPPoE users can be imported from MikroTik. A spreadsheet export works too, and we help with that import.
Which payments are supported?
bKash and SSLCommerz. Cash taken by a collector is recorded on the same customer.
Which OLTs work today?
VSOL EPON and GPON, HSGQ GPON and ECOM OLTs sync today. If you use another brand, tell us during the demo and we will confirm fit.
Can resellers log in?
Yes. A reseller sees their balance, commissions and only the customers assigned to them.
Can SMS and customer names be in Bangla?
Yes. Customer names, areas and SMS templates can be written in Bangla. This website is available in Bangla and English.
